Define a Company

CA APM lets you define company records for key organizations with which you have a business relationship. For example, you can define a company as an IT manufacturer, vendor, escrow agent, maintenance provider, and service provider.

To define a company

  1. Click Directory, Company.
  2. Click New Company.
  3. Enter the new company information.
  4. Click Save.

    The new company is saved.
