View the Import Log File

You can view the Data Importer log file to see the details of the import process. The Data Importer creates a log file for each import that you run. All import activities for the current import are saved in the log file.

To view the log file, first open the list of import jobs. To view the import jobs for your current selected import, click Associated Jobs on the left side of the page. To view all import jobs for all imports, click Import Jobs. In the list of import jobs that appears, click View Log for the selected import.

Note: You can also locate and view the import log file in the following location on the CA APM application server:
