To use the CA Ideal PRINT command to direct output to DESTINATION SYSTEM LOCAL, there must be a PSS (Print SubSystem) procedure catalogged to execute program SCPSUTIL with the corresponding CA IPC 14.0 ADRPNL and ADROUT files. The PSS procedure name is specified in CA Ideal from the SET OUT SITE screen. The CA Ideal JOBCARD must specify the PROCLIB where the PSS procedure has been cataloged. The following example is a sample of JCL to be cataloged in the IPC CUSPROC:
//PSSUTIL PROC COPIES=01,DEST=',DEST=R0',OUTC='*' //*----------------------------------------------------------* //* PSS UTILITY PROCEDURE * //*----------------------------------------------------------* //PSSUTIL EXEC PGM=SCPSUTIL //STEPLIB DD DSN=shlq.IPC14.CUSLIB,DISP=SHR // DD DSN=shlq.IPC14.CAVQLOAD,DISP=SHR //SYSPRINT DD SYSOUT=&OUTC //ADROUT DD DSN=shlq.IPC14.ADROUT,DISP=SHR //ADRPNL DD DSN=shlq.IPC14.ADRPNL,DISP=SHR //AUXPRINT DD SYSOUT=&OUTC,COPIES=&COPIES.&DEST //SYSUDUMP DD SYSOUT=&OUTC //*-- END OF PROCEDURE PSSUTIL ------------------------------*
