Using This Guide

If you are not familiar with system generation, the following information will assist you:

• Read DC/UCF System Generation, DC/UCF Concepts, and System Generation Compiler when first learning how to use the system generation compiler.
• Use the tables in System Definition to determine the system generation statements needed to define a DC/UCF system that meets your site-specific requirements.
• Refer to the syntax, syntax rules, and examples in SYSTEM Statement, System Generation Statements, and Teleprocessing Network Statements, as needed when coding system generation statements.
• Refer to supplemental information provided in the appendixes as needed.
