How to Install Multiple Databases

To install a multiple database environment in a z/OS environment, follow these steps:

  1. Create an alternate DMCL segment.
  2. Allocate and initialize the new database files.
  3. Prepare your CA IDMS/DC environment.
  4. Define the new database to the CA IDMS SASO document control structure.
  5. Load the database.
