Reason:
The maintenance (chapter or subject level) was created by Customization or by the CA IDMS SASO release 1.0 Add Utility and release 2.0 Maintenance Creation.
Action:
If the maintenance was created by Customization, apply the maintenance at the indicated level. If maintenance was created by the release 1.0 Add Utility and release 2.0 Maintenance Creation, delete the maintenance. Run installation member ESSFIXR against the source document and recreate the maintenance.
