Reason:
An internal error occurred. The request type passed to maintenance module, ESSSAPPU, was not (R)elease, (C)hapter, (S)ubject, or (T)opic.
Action:
Exit and reenter the CA IDMS SASO system. Retry the utility operation previously requested. If this fails, contact Technical Support and tell them the number indicated in the message.
