Reason:

The command is not active for the current screen.

Action:

Check the command line entry. If a command abbreviation has been specified, enter the full command, and press the ENTER key. Otherwise, a PF key has been pressed which is defined with the inactive command. In this case, enter the KEYS command to check the correct PF key/command assignment. If this fails, refer to the appropriate section in the user guide or the online HELP facility.
