Reason:
The control record (CTRLA) for the CA IDMS SASO database could not be located. A print request has been issued prior to CA IDMS SASO database installation.
Action:
Establish the document configuration or printer configuration and chapters, subjects, topics, and topic text using online functions or execute the batch upload utility (ESSULOD) to install the CA IDMS SASO database and resubmit the request.
