Reason:
The first record in the printer interface file was not the CA IDMS SASO directive record. The user did not use option 3.7 of CA IDMS SASO to request the print, or an invalid record was inserted at the top of the SYSIPT file.
Action:
If the JCL has been incorrectly modified, correct the JCL using CA IDMS SASO option 3.6. Otherwise, contact Technical Support and tell them the message number indicated in the message.
