Saving a report:

When you save a report in CA OLQ, information about that report is stored in the CA IDMS catalog. Passkeys are automatically assigned to the user for the report. If you want others to be able to access the report, you must go into CA IDMS and assign those users the appropriate passkeys. The appropriate passkeys and associated functions are presented in Table 10.
