OLQ session is not within the transfer control facility (TCF).

Reason:

You can perform a SWITCH operation only if you are using OLQunder TCF. To use OLQ under TCF, you invoke OLQ by using the OLQ task code (for example, OLQT) defined for use with TCF at system generation time.
