Reason:
An attempt to sign on to the compiler has failed. The SIGNON statement specifies an invalid dbname/data dictionary name. The named dbname/data dictionary must exist in the DBNames Table used by the current system. Supply the name of a database or data dictionary that has been defined to the current system. This message is caused by the indicated IDMS status.
