Reason:
An attempt to right justify alphanumeric fields in a COBOL element has failed. The object element's picture and usage specifications prohibit the use of the JUSTIFY RIGHT clause. Elements that are right justified must be defined with an alphanumeric picture and a usage of DISPLAY. The invalid option has been removed from the element definition.
