Reason:
An attempt to assign a new version number to an entity occurrence has failed. The object entity occurrence is a record that participates in a map or schema, a system created by the CA IDMS system generation compiler, or a map created by the CA IDMS mapping compiler. Assign a new version number to the entity by using the CA component that was used to create the entity occurrence.
