Reason:
An attempt to update the data dictionary has failed, possibly during the processing of a GENERATE statement for a table or a SET OPTIONS FOR DICTIONARY statement. The update request has been issued following a signon procedure that readied the data dictionary in a retrieval usage mode. To perform data dictionary update operations, supply an update usage mode at signon.
