Reason:
During chain file processing, two or more chains belonging to the same set were found to point to the same record. This problem is always detected in the first merge pass of IDMSDBN2. When the problem occurs, all the chains involved are reported and then deleted from further processing; as a result, Report 1A will probably contain one or more DC599703 messages.
