DBKEY <dbkey> SET POINTER OUT OF RANGE <Set-name>
Reason:
A pointer for the named set in the record with the indicated database key is pointing to a page that is outside the allowable range, as follows:
- If the record is the set owner, the next or prior pointer is pointing to a page outside the range for any member record type
- If the record is a set member, either the owner pointer is pointing to a page outside the range for the owner record type or the next or prior pointer is pointing to a page outside the range for the owner record type and for any member record type
Possible causes of this problem are as follows:
- The wrong subschema was named on the PROCESS parameter card.
- The database contains an error, possibly caused by data having been overwritten on the disk or by an incorrect use of the FIX PAGE utility statement. In this case, either correct the problem by using FIX PAGE or reload the database from a backup copy.
