Reason:
During an attempt to read a page, the target page number was found not to match the page number contained in the page header and/or the page number contained in the page footer. Processing continues normally. If only the header and footer page numbers are incorrect, no other errors will result. If the page has been damaged extensively, or if the DMCL module points to an incorrect file for the subschema, additional errors will result.
