Reason:
In order to be debugged by the online debugger, dialogs must be created with interpretable CMEs instead of executable code. To create a dialog with interpretable CMEs, specify "Y" for the symbol table option on the Dialog Options Screen of the dialog compiler and recompile the dialog.
