Reason:
An internal system error has occurred. Run a PLOG and contact Technical Support. An error has occurred during program interrupt processing that has returned a length of zero for the instruction that has caused the interruption. For z/OS, use the following checklist:
For all other operating systems, verify that bits 32 and 33 of the interrupt PSW are nonzero. If these bits are nonzero, then the error is in the DBUGMAIN module.
