Reason:
A single quotation mark was found to mark the beginning of a quoted value; however, there was no quotation mark found to mark the end of the value. Note that if the value contains a quotation mark itself, the user must enter the quotation mark as two single quotes, since embedded quotes must be doubled. Double embed quotes and/or add a closing quote.
