Reason:
During initialization of the primary area, the user entered an excessively large number in the DEFN AREA NUMBER OF BYTES field on the Administrator Control screen. The user requested more K bytes than the area can hold. Recalculate the number of K bytes in the area. The actual high number allowed (in K) is probably smaller than the total for the area.
