Reason:
The attempt to add a user to the catalog has failed due to insufficient space in the SRT. The failure of the attempt to update the SRT was due to the fact that the user exists in a group for which an SRT entry exists for all users previously defined as well as new users. Increase the amount of space allocated for the SRT and regenerate the table. Then try adding the user again.
