Reason:
During initialization of the primary area, the user entered an excessively large number in the DEFN AREA NUMBER OF BYTES field on the Administrator Control screen. The user requested more K bytes than the area can hold. Recalculate number of K bytes in area. Actual high number allowed (in K) probably is smaller than total for area.
