Reason:
This message appears only under z/VSE and appears on SYSLST and SYSLOG.RHDCDFRC was unable to acquire sufficient GETVIS storage to initialize its input and output files.
The SIZE parameter on EXEC IDMSFILE statement is too large or the partition is too small. The recommended format for the EXEC statement is:
// EXEC IDMSFILE,SIZE=(program-name,128k),
Where program-name is the same as that specified in your RUN statement.
Change the JCL to use a proper SIZE or change the class to use a larger partition, and rerun the job.
