REPLY 'EOF', 'EOV', OR 'CANCEL'

Reason:

This message only appears under z/VSE and only on SYSLOG. It follows message DC519512, which indicates that a tape mark was encountered while processing an unlabeled tape file. The program needs to know whether this is the end of the data set or the end of a reel in a multi-volume data set:

• Replay EOR if this is the end of the file. This will result in end-of-file processing.
• Reply EOV if this is the end of the volume for a multi-volume data set. Input will continue with the next volume.
• Enter CANCEL to cancel the job.

Any other response will result in message DC519500.
