Reason:
This message appears only on the z/VSE console. It is written without a #WTL using text from within the program itself. The application is attempting to open the tape on <cuu> as an output tape, but there is no ring on the tape, so it cannot be written on. To resolve this problem, put a ring on the tape (or mount a different tape with a ring in it), ready the drive, and reply RETRY to message DC519601.
Alternatively, reply CANCEL to cancel the job.
