Reason:
This message appears only on the z/VSE console. It is written without a #WTL from text in the program itself. Programmer logical unit <SYSnnn> (where <nnn> is a number 000 through 254) has been assigned to a tape unit. Its address is represented as <cuu>. The purpose of this message is to inform the operator that the specified tape unit is now busy.
No logical unit name (SYSNO) was provided for a tape file, so an unassigned lu was assigned to a tape.
