Reason:
A DEVTYPE (OS) macro issued to obtain information about the type of device upon which the data set resides has failed. The data set was not allocated. If this is a batch job, include a DD statement to allocate the data set to the job step. If this is a TSO session, issue an ALLOCATE command to allocate the data set to the session.
