Reason:
An OBTAIN macro issued to acquire information in the data set label has failed.
The volume on which data set resides has become unavailable. If the allocation was successful, then the volume should be available. This message would be received only if a volume became unavailable between device allocation and the File Mapping EXAMINE DATASET function. Check the system log for messages concerning devices and refer to the appropriate manuals and/or check with the console operator.
