Reason:
The user has chosen a combination of block size, record length, and record format that are collectively incorrect. Processing is terminated.
Since file characteristics may come from more than one source, the user must be aware of all possible sources and their order of precedence. The choice of each file characteristic by itself may be correct, but taken collectively, they can conflict.
