Reason:
An attempt was made to open a data set already open to CA ADS Batch in the same job step, where the existing usage under one filename excludes different usage under another. Processing is terminated.
This error would result, for example, if the same data set were referenced twice in the same job step with different DDNAMEs, where one DDNAME was intended for input and the other for output, and CA ADS Batch did not support this type of concurrent access (for example, z/OS/z/VSE physical sequential).
Use a file type that allows different concurrent usages. See the CA ADS Batch User Guide regarding data set usage.
