Reason:
In a batch job, the log file has filled up 9 times causing 9 archive files to be written. On this 10th time, the system will copy the log file to the first archive file specified, overwriting the information in the first. Subsequent archiving will continue by overwriting the second archive file, then the third, etc. In future runs, to retain all the information without overwriting the archive files, specify a higher record threshold count for the log files via the SYSIN or SYSGEN LOG statement.
