Reason:
While processing a dialog abend, an error has occurred while attempting to delete the CA ADS record buffers that had been put to scratch. The return code indicated in the message is the Register 15 value returned by the DELETE SCRATCH operation. Consult the CA IDMS DML Reference Guide for Assembler for a discussion of the #DELSCR macro and the value set in Register 15.
