Reason:
The subtask that archives the log completed unsuccessfully because of an error in closing the log file. All of the log file's records may or may not have been written to the archive file. See the JES log or the console log for an earlier message that pinpoints the specific error encountered. Make changes to the JCL or parameters for the job as required.
