Reason:

If the RECFORM parameter is coded then a non-zero RECSIZE and BLOCKSIZE must also be specified. After parsing all input parameters ADSOPLGP checks to make sure that one of the following is true:

• Neither RECFORM, RECSIZE, nor BLOCKSIZE was specified
• Both RECSIZE and BLOCKSIZE were coded (and were not 0)
• All three (RECFORM, RECSIZE, and BLOCKSIZE) were coded (and were not 0)

Note that these parameters can be omitted under OS.
