MULTI-BIT BINARY CONSTANT CONTAINS AN ILLEGAL VALUE.
Reason:
A binary constant contains a value other than 0 (zero) or 1 (one). The correct format for a binary constant is B'<nnnn>', where the following rules apply:
- B is a fixed value.
- The single quote (') is the string delimiter.
- <nnnn> represents the binary constant value. Valid characters for the value are 0 and 1. The binary constant can be from 1 through 255 characters in length.
