Reason:
In processing a dialog abend, the MODULE-067 record for the process named on the Dialog Abort Information screen or in the log could not be found. Therefore, the process source lines for the abend could not be retrieved from the dictionary. The cause may be that the MODULE-067 record for the process were deleted from the dictionary. To analyze the reason for the dialog abend without the aid of the process source lines, inspect the command element (CME) at the offset indicated on the Dialog Abort Information screen or in the print log.
