Reason:
The @BIND macro used to bind all the subschema records has returned a bad status code. The dump should be taken and the ERRSTAT field should be examined. Register 3 will point to the record name being bound, and Register 4 to the I/O area. Call the system administrator. The most probable cause is that the subschema is not current with this release of the compiler, and the record being bound is not part of the IDMSNWKN subschema.
