Reason:
The record highlighted on the screen cannot be added to the set of global records for the application. The add operation failed because the record that immediately precedes the highlighted record, on the current or previous page of the Application Global Records screen, cannot be obtained. A snap dump is generated. Examine the IDMS status code to determine why the SYSCMT-038 record for the preceding global record cannot be retrieved.
