Reason:
The CA ADS application compiler has received a request via the Transfer Control Facility (TCF) to start a new definition session for the indicated application. Press ENTER to proceed, or change the application name and/or description if a different application is desired.
This condition would arise only if the universal control element (UCE) indicates a new session, but also contains a non-blank application name and version. At present, ADSA is not called in this fashion from TCF; therefore this message should not be issued.
