Reason:
The terminal operator has attempted to rename an existing function. However, a function with the new name already exists within the application. Select a new unique name for the function. If a rename was not intended, but the response is to be changed to invoke a function that already exists, select the Response and enter its invoked function name on the Response Definition Screen.
