Reason:
An internal error was encountered by DNSS when DNSSCTL called DNSSDICT to handle the command number indicated, which is not in DNSSDICT's command table. DNSS will terminate processing the current DNSR request after issuing a SEND ERROR and SENDFORMAT with diagnostic information to DNSR, and await the next command or DEALLOCATE.
