Reason:
An attempt to add a user to the catalog failed because there isn't enough space in the SRT. The SRT update was initiated because the user belongs to a group that has an existing SRT entry for all users in the group.
Increase the amount of space allocated for the SRT and regenerate the table. Then update the catalog.
