Reason:
The specified user defaults have been assigned to the user. When a data table is created for a particular owner, then the allocation defaults and default models for the owner (if any are assigned) override the system-defined defaults. Passkey authorization applies both to information owned by the user and any passkeys that the user may be given in order to access information owned by other users.
