Reason:
<User-id> who signed on to DC as <idms-dc-user-id> has deleted all object entities in <catalog-name> at location <location-name>. Only users with administrator authority (that is, members of DBA GROUP) are permitted to do this. The associated area(s) must be initialized. The associated DB schema, maps, and dialogs must also be deleted.
