Reason:
While allocating record buffers for the dialog, a record buffer was found to have been previously allocated for one of the dialog records. However, the buffer length was not equal to the length known to the dialog. Probably the record was modified and not all of the dialogs using that record were recompiled. When record descriptions are modified, all dialogs that use the record must be recompiled. Recompile the necessary dialog or dialogs and rerun the job.
