Reason:
While initializing the record buffers either during a RETURN CLEAR or at dialog setup time, a fatal error occurred. Probably a compressed initialized record in the dialog load module (FDB) is invalid. This is a CA ADS Batch internal error. Print the ABEND dump associated with this message and contact Technical Support.
