Reason:
A database error occurred during an attempt to disconnect the LOADHDR-156 dictionary record from the LOOAK-155 record when updating the task application table load module or the application load module. Check the subschema control area for more information; it can be found at the address that is hex 650 bytes beyond the address contained in user Register 11.
